How do I register for an Event?


Because we have more demand than space available at our events, we utilize a lottery system to select event attendees. From our Events Page, select the event you are interested in attending to view the lottery dates.  When the lottery is open, please follow these steps to enter: 

  1. Create an account (or simply login if you already have an account) on our website.
  2. You will see an "Enter Lottery" button at the top of the page. Select that button to enter the lottery.
  3. As you enter the lottery,  you will have the option to create a unique group name if you would like to attend the event with friends.  That group information will be used as your roommate request should you be selected in the lottery.  The other members of your group will also need to enter the lottery and select the group you have created. 
  4. After you have entered the lottery, you can check on your status, request a group, and get more details by logging into My Events.
  5. We will continue to communicate with you through the My Events page. It will be your responsibility to check on your status there.  The date that lottery results will be posted will be noted when you enter the lottery. 

If the lottery is not yet open, the upcoming lottery dates will be posted on the webpage for that specific event. If the lottery is over and closed, you will not be able to enter the lottery for that specific event. You will need to enter a different lottery for a future event.
