What is your cancellation policy? How do I alert you to a cancellation?

Cancellation by Registrant
Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event; however, you will be charged a $150 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the event that you cancel your registration less than 3 weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.

Cancellation by Wild at Heart
If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and refund your full Wild at Heart event registration fee to you.

Participation of John Eldredge
While it is our intent that John Eldredge will participate in the event, if for any reason he is unable to participate, the event will most likely continue without him. However, we reserve the right to cancel the event should John Eldredge’s participation be prevented if we decide, in our sole discretion, that cancellation is necessary under the circumstances. If we do decide to cancel the event for any reason, we will refund your full registration fee to you.
